Individuals and groups working in the Child Trauma Response domain are exposed to trauma daily. This exposure often goes unprocessed or unexplored by both staff and organizational leadership. The impact of this secondary traumatic exposure often leads to a deterioration in the quality of care provided to clients and the effectiveness of the team. Therefore, individuals working in such environments must be allowed to discuss their feelings and emotions regularly and consistently concerning the work they do.
During this impactful in-person training we will also discuss how best to access up to three (3) mentoring/coaching calls delivered via video conferencing for relevant participants to enhance your skills.
